Tammy Rood is a Client Services representative for EliteXPO. Tammy has been battling with ovarian and cervical cancer for the past three years. She had a recent surgery to remove a cancerous mass and has suffered complications from the chemotherapy treatments that followed.
Tammy’s medical bills far exceed what her medical insurance covers and she has used up all her vacation and PTO time and is unable to work as she is now going through another round of chemotherapy. Those treatments required her to be hospitalized as she experienced an adverse reaction to chemo which only adds to her financial challenges.
